We are happy to announce that our concept proposal for the rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of the Qormi palazzo and its grounds has received an outline development permission from the Planning Authority.
Our proposal seeks to convert the property into a Premium Guesthouse with a Heritage Label, on par with a high quality 5-star level boutique establishment. The Palazzo is envisaged to mainly accommodate the ancillary facilities serving the tourism accommodation, whilst having the guest rooms set within the garden environment, providing a total of 22 keys. The proposed guest rooms are to be concentrated along the periphery of the garden retaining the central garden enclave of the UCA context; and the main façade of the historic palazzo is to be restored leaving the streetscape unaffected.
