We are happy to announce that the project for the renovation of a historical house in Tarxien was granted planning approval from Planning Authority.
Designed to breathe new life into a historic townhouse in Tarxien, Malta, the renovation project aims to restore and extend the pre-existing structures while respecting their heritage features. An additional volume will be discreetly added at the rear of the main façade, creating a balanced encounter between old and new, accommodating kitchen and bedrooms, and creating a harmonious flow throughout the house.
