We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on and enthusiastic person to join our international team as Architect.

The successful candidate will be a talented architect, with a minimum of 8 years job experience and strong design leadership skills. She/he will be conversant with architectural and construction drawings and have an aptitude or interest to work at all project stages, and in particular at concept design stage. She/he will work on a variety of projects, independently or within a team. She/he will have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a flexible and stimulating environment. The ideal candidate will take on a full-time role and will be welcomed in our recently renovated studio in Valletta, part of the Four Sappers Creative Cluster.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 8 years post-graduate work experience in Architecture; the criteria for selection will prioritise skill-set and aptitude, not necessarily experience.
• A passion for design, enthusiasm and self-motivation with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work individually as well as in collaborative settings.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong technical and graphic skills.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English. Any other language is considered an asset.
• Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite.
• Knowledge of Rhino is considered an asset.
• Preference will be given to candidates immediately eligible to work in Malta.
