AP Valletta Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to be deployed to a Malta-based EU Agency within its Facility Management function on a full-time basis. The role involves overseeing building-related capital and maintenance works, ensuring delivery within agreed time, cost and quality parameters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and manage building and fit-out works across all project stages
- Lead multidisciplinary coordination (architectural, structural, MEP, H&S)
- Prepare and review technical documentation, specifications and tender material
- Monitor budgets, prepare cost estimates and control expenditure
- Supervise contractors and verify the quality of works
- Issue progress reports, payment certifications and acceptance documentation
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards and internal procedures
- Maintain detailed records and provide structured reporting to stakeholders
- Support sustainability and operational continuity objectives
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction-related discipline
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in project management of building projects
- Strong experience in contractor management and cost control
- Excellent organisational, reporting and stakeholder coordination skills
- Experience in institutional or structured environments is considered an asset
