AP Valletta is looking for a highly motivated, hands-on and enthusiastic person to join its Property Valuations team.
Role Highlights
As a Property Valuer at AP, you'll play a pivotal role in a wide array of property valuation services, covering both residential and commercial properties of various sizes and scopes.
Our ideal candidate holds a qualification in architecture, engineering, or property valuation, and possesses a solid understanding of local planning and building regulations. While previous experience in property valuation following local and international standards is advantageous, we also welcome passionate individuals eager to learn and grow in this field. We offer full-time positions, but part-time options are available for experienced candidates seeking flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property valuations (residential, commercial, etc.);
- Participate in project monitoring for bank loan purposes;
- Perform feasibility studies;
- Collaborate closely with the Design Director and other team members.
Requirements
- Tertiary level degree in Architecture and Civil Engineering or Property Valuation;
- Proficiency in local and/or international valuation standards;
- Skills in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office;
- Ability to operate effectively within budgets and deadlines;
- Strong communication skills;
- Proficient in written and spoken English; knowledge of Maltese is a plus;
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and a strong work ethic.
