In December 2024, the Architects’ Council of Europe, with support from Creative Europe, released the study “Guidance on the Organisational Structure of Architectural Practices in Europe: A Primer on Growth & Internationalisation.”
The study explores the challenges and opportunities faced by architectural practices as they grow and expand internationally. It draws on data from nine diverse practices across Europe, including Malta. David Felice, founding partner of AP Valletta, was interviewed for the study and provided valuable insights into business models, financial benchmarks, and organisational strategies.
