We're delighted to announce that Naxxar House has been shortlisted as a finalist for the WAF 2025 Special Prizes – Best Use of Stone, a prestigious recognition celebrating projects that go beyond category excellence, rewarding outstanding use of materials and pioneering design approaches.
AP Valletta team will present Naxxar House during live judging sessions at the World Architecture Festival WAF in Miami, where each Special Prize will be assessed by a panel of three expert judges. The winners will be revealed at the WAF Gala Dinner on the final day of the festival.
Among the featured prizes is the Natural Stone Design Competition, organized by the Istanbul Mineral Exporters’ Association since 2013. This award promotes the use of Turkish natural stones in contemporary design, aiming to strengthen the connection between the natural stone industry, academia, and architectural professionals.
