Corporate Village was chosen as the Best Smart City Europe project in the Fifth Real Estate Awards held in Milan at EIRE (Expo Italia Real Estate). The project beat off challenge from Moscow Metropoliya Business District and the Turkish Varyap Meridian.
The awards included various categories for architecture and initiative in favour of the environment. The Corporate Village project was recognized as the best plan for the creation of future cities built on sustainability and urban integration.
Corporate Village will be an architectural icon and a leading landmark energy-efficient building that aims to become the most important point within the central business district in Malta. The investment is estimated to be between 150 and 200 million euro.
