Saving the Cathedral

Restoration works will soon commence at St Paul’s Anglican Pro-Cathedral. After a preliminary study conducted to examine the status of the building, it was possible to identify severe structural problems threatening the tower, as well as the spire and the stonework at large. Following initial historical research and documentation of the structural condition of the historical fabric, walls were mapped to assess the local and global cracking mechanisms. Using ground penetrating radar and endoscopy, it was possible to verify site conditions first identified in historical data. You can contribute to the fundraising initiatives at savethecathedral.com
