AP Valletta’s Executive Director David Felice recently contributed to ‘Encounters with Valletta. A Baroque City through the ages’, published by BDL Books and launched earlier last year. In his paper ‘From V.18 to V.500’ he explores the potential of Valletta as a creative city and its ability to grasp the opportunity to transform and regenerate its cultural landscape, explained through architectural, urban and historical research of the practice. David was Chairman of the Valletta 2018 Foundation, which delivered the city’s successful bid for the title of European Capital of Culture, from 2010 till 2013.
